The VendorRate Report features vendors who provide Exceptional service with scores of 80 or higher. We will also highlight top vendors across VendorRate’s 10 performance measurements. Vendors with Average customer satisfaction scores, and those without a statistically significant number of ratings for a given quarter, will be omitted from the report. VendorRate focuses on business to business (B2B) vendors in the technology sector. Visitors to vendorrate.com can view customer satisfaction scorecards for more than 11,000 IT and telecom vendors.
